Does Standard retain business memory?
No. Standard works with the current data available in your connected systems. Upgrade to Plus when you want Qtell to start retaining business memory.
When does business memory start on Plus?
Business memory starts building when Plus is activated. It does not automatically include data from before that date.
What does Pro add?
Pro brings your existing historical data into Qtell, so you can analyse current activity alongside the history your business has already built. This supports deeper historical analysis, attribution, cohorts, forecasting, predictive analysis and customer audiences.
Which plan includes customer audiences?
Customer audiences are available on Pro, where Qtell can use your ingested historical and customer data to build and activate segments across connected platforms.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can start with Standard and add business memory or historical data when you need it.
Can we use Qtell with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools?
Yes. Your team stays in the AI tools they already use. Qtell works in the background, supplying governed business data with the right definitions, permissions and access controls applied before the answer is returned.
Do you charge per user?
No. Qtell does not use seat licences.
Do you charge per connector?
No. Connectors are not charged individually.
Are there usage limits?
Yes. Each plan includes generous normal usage. If your usage grows significantly, higher usage levels are available.
How does pricing work for multi-entity businesses?
Pricing varies where Qtell supports multiple entities within the same business, such as locations, venues, stores, brands, properties or business units.
If a multi-entity business uses the same CRM, is it treated as one?
Not necessarily. Pricing is based on the scope of the business Qtell supports, not the number of connected systems. Separate entities may be priced separately where Qtell needs to distinguish their data, activity, permissions or performance.
Can we see individual entities and the whole business together?
Yes. Qtell can provide individual views and rolled-up group views across multiple entities.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. Connecting your systems and establishing the governed foundation is guided and automated, with no separate setup fee.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Not necessarily. It depends on your current data setup, the history you already have and the depth of analysis you need. Qtell can work directly with connected systems, build retained business memory, work with an existing warehouse, or provide the historical data warehouse needed to ingest, prepare and analyse your existing data.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added where applicable.
