See across the business

Get one answer across the systems your teams use

Questions about customers, revenue, pipeline, marketing and performance often depend on information held in different systems.

Qtell brings together the information needed from those systems and returns one answer without teams exporting reports and combining the numbers themselves.

Know what needs attention

Monitor what is changing across the business

Qtell can monitor current activity across your systems and surface changes that need attention.

Where business memory or historical data is available, Qtell can also compare periods, build audiences, identify patterns and support deeper analysis.

Keep work moving

Route alerts, approvals and follow-up to the right team

Qtell can turn findings into alerts, approvals, assignments and permitted actions in the systems where work happens.

Q Agents can monitor defined conditions, investigate what has changed and route work to the right person or team.

Get more from customer data

Build audiences from customer data across the business

Qtell can build customer audiences using data from across your sales, marketing, booking, CRM and other systems. When historical data is available, audiences can also reflect customer behaviour over time.

Data Governance

One set of rules across every use of business data

Governance is built into Qtell from the start. It keeps the business data dependable, controlled and consistent whether you use it yourself, automate a process or ask through an AI tool.

  • Definitions

    Permissions

  • Permissions

When an answer depends on information held in more than one system, Qtell uses the relevant data together while keeping the same definitions and permissions in place.

  • Across systems

    Audit log

  • Audit

Questions, data access and actions can be logged, providing a traceable record of how business data has been used.

Use the AI tools your teams already have

Keep one version of the business, whether you use one AI or several

Your AI can change. Your business rules shouldn’t.

Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and AI built into your business applications can all work through Qtell, with the same definitions and permissions applied to each.

Qtell appears as a plugin inside the AI tools your team already uses.

Start with what you need now

Start with what is happening now. Add memory and deeper history when you need it.

Get governed answers across your connected systems from day one. When you need to understand change over time, analyse historical behaviour, attribute outcomes or forecast what happens next, choose a plan with retained history.

Start with the data you already have

You do not need a warehouse before Qtell becomes useful. Qtell can work directly with current data in connected systems. If you later need to compare longer periods, analyse history or build forecasts, Qtell can retain business memory or provide the historical data foundation required.

Managed for you

Onboarding is guided and automated. Qtell maintains the connections, definitions and permissions behind the platform as your systems and business change. You get connected, governed data without inheriting another technical environment to run.

Trust & Security

Security is built into the platform

Access control, isolation, audit and data protection are part of how Qtell handles business data across the platform.

Questions before you start

FAQs

Do we need a data warehouse?

No. Qtell can work directly with current data in the systems you connect.

A warehouse or other historical data foundation is only needed when you want to analyse existing history, build longer-term attribution, forecast from historical patterns or use predictive modelling. If you already have one, Qtell can work with it. If you do not, Qtell can provide and manage one where needed.

What happens when teams define the same thing differently?

Qtell maintains one agreed business definition and applies it when information from different systems is used together.

For example, if Marketing and Sales currently count a “customer” differently, Qtell uses the agreed definition rather than allowing each system’s version to determine the answer.

Can different people see different data?

Yes. Access is controlled separately from the definition of the data.

A person can only receive the business data their permissions allow, while terms such as revenue, customer or qualified lead keep the same meaning across the business.

Can our teams keep using ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?

Yes. Those AI applications can request business information through Qtell.

Qtell applies the same business definitions and permissions before information is returned, so changing the AI application does not mean recreating the rules around the business data.

Does Qtell copy all of our data?

No.

For current business data, Qtell can work directly with the systems you connect.

If you choose business memory, selected information can be retained over time. If you need deeper analysis using existing historical data, that history can be brought into a data foundation designed for that purpose.

What happens when we add a new system?

The new system can be connected to Qtell and brought under the same definitions and permissions already used across the business.

You do not need to create a separate reporting logic or set of rules for every new system.

Can Qtell answer questions that need several systems?

Yes. That is a core part of the platform.

If an answer depends on information held in several connected systems, Qtell can use those sources together and return one answer using the same business definitions and permissions.

How is our data protected?

Customer data is isolated from other Qtell customers. Data and credentials are encrypted, access is controlled by permissions, and questions and actions can be logged for audit.

The same controls apply whether business data is accessed in Qtell or through an AI application working through Qtell.
