QUESTIONS ACROSS THE BUSINESS
Answer questions across EventWorks and the rest of the business
Some business questions depend on information held across several parts of the business.
Qtell works out the answer using data from across your connected systems.
- Which marketing spend produced booked revenue?
- Why is revenue increasing while margin is falling?
- Which parts of the business are converting more enquiries into higher-value business?
- Are current bookings, marketing activity and costs enough to hit the target?
MORE AI MEANS MORE SETUP, COST AND COMPLEXITY
Every AI application can add another setup, ongoing maintenance and more room for conflicting answers.
WITHOUT QTELL
Every AI application adds another setup and ongoing maintenance
- Each AI application needs connections across the business systems it is expected to work with.
- Someone has to define what data it can access, what the numbers mean, which sources to trust and how information across systems fits together.
- Those connections, permissions and rules need to be kept up to date as systems, teams and access change.
- Different teams using different AI applications can end up with different numbers or different answers to the same question.
- Even with careful setup, the AI can still interpret the data incorrectly or make a plausible but wrong connection between systems.
- Cross-system questions can require multiple searches and large amounts of data to be pulled into the AI, using more context, tokens and processing to work out the answer.
- Add or change an AI application and much of the connection, setup and governance work may need to be repeated.
WITH QTELL
One connection to your business. One set of rules for every AI.
- AI applications connect to Qtell instead of being connected separately across the underlying business systems.
- Definitions, source rules, relationships and permissions are maintained centrally in Qtell.
- Qtell applies those rules before business information is returned to the AI application.
- Qtell works across the connected systems and returns the governed information needed, rather than leaving the AI to search and piece together the underlying data itself.
- This can reduce the number of system calls and the amount of underlying data the AI has to work through, reducing unnecessary context and token use.
- The AI can still make mistakes in its own reasoning, but it is no longer being asked to invent your business definitions, source rules or relationships between systems.
- Add or change an AI application without rebuilding the connections and business rules underneath it. As the business changes, those rules continue to be maintained in Qtell.
GOVERNED ANSWERS
Keep control of what every person and AI is told
Different systems can use different definitions for the same customer, revenue figure or business measure.
Qtell maintains the agreed definition, which source should be used and who is permitted to see the information.
Qtell applies those definitions and permissions before returning the answer.
CONNECT MARKETING TO REVENUE
See which marketing produces bookings and revenue
Use marketing spend and campaign activity alongside EventWorks customer, event and revenue data to see which channels are producing booked business.
See what it costs to acquire customers, which sources produce higher-value business and where marketing investment is generating revenue rather than simply enquiries or clicks.
DEEPER PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
See what is driving customer value and margin
Where historical data is available, Qtell can analyse EventWorks outcomes alongside marketing, finance and other connected business data.
See how factors such as customer type, event type, acquisition source, repeat business and marketing activity relate to revenue, margin and customer value over time.
ACROSS THE ORGANISATION
Bring the wider business into the group view
Qtell can use EventWorks alongside marketing, finance and other connected business data across teams, locations, brands and entities.
Compare performance at group level and drill into an individual part of the organisation to understand what is driving the difference.
Access remains controlled so people only see the information they are permitted to use.
GET MORE FROM CUSTOMER DATA
Build audiences using the wider customer picture
Use customer information across EventWorks and other connected systems to build audiences using event history, customer value, recency, repeat business and marketing engagement.
Where the destination platform supports it, those audiences can be activated in advertising, email and other marketing platforms.
KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION
See important changes as they happen
Qtell can monitor the business measures you choose to track and surface changes that need attention.
That could include conversion falling, customer value changing, marketing spend increasing without matching revenue growth or one part of the business performing differently from the rest.
Qtell can then investigate the connected business data behind the change.
