Qtell for Enterprise & Multi-Entity Organisations

See the whole organisation, not each part separately

Qtell connects the systems used across the organisation, bringing the information needed together so teams can ask questions, monitor what is changing and act without each part of the business working from a different view.

The same definitions and permissions stay in place across Qtell and the AI tools used across the organisation.

See across the organisation

Get one answer across departments, locations and entities

A question may depend on information held across several departments, locations, brands, entities and systems.

Qtell brings together the relevant information and returns one answer.

That gives leadership and authorised teams a wider view of the organisation without each part of the business producing separate reports that then need to be reconciled.

Keep work moving

Move findings to the right team

Qtell can turn findings into alerts, approvals, assignments and permitted actions in the systems where work happens.

Q Agents can monitor defined areas of the business, investigate changes, route work to the right people and teams, assign follow-up, track what happens next and take permitted actions automatically or send them for approval.

Work can move between teams without the finding being left in a report or dashboard.

Get more from customer data

Build audiences across brands, locations and business units

Qtell can build audiences using customer data held across sales, marketing, booking, CRM and other systems.

Customer information can be brought together across brands, locations or business units where permissions allow.

Where historical customer data is available, audiences can also reflect behaviour over time and can be activated in the platforms where they are needed.

Data Governance

One set of rules across every use of business data

Qtell keeps the same definitions, permissions and business rules in place whether business data is accessed in Qtell or through AI applications working through Qtell.

  • Definitions

One consistent meaning for metrics, terminology and business rules across the organisation.

Revenue, customer, qualified lead, booking, margin and other agreed measures keep the same meaning when information from different systems or parts of the organisation is used together.

  • Permissions

Access to business data follows the permissions set for each person and AI application.

Different teams, entities or locations can have different access while working from the same agreed definitions.

  • Across systems

When an answer depends on information held in more than one system, Qtell uses the relevant data together while keeping the same definitions and permissions in place.

  • Audit

Questions, data access and actions can be logged, providing a traceable record of how business data has been used.

Use the AI tools your teams already have

Keep one version of the business, whether you use one AI or several

Your AI can change. Your business rules shouldn’t.

Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and AI built into your business applications can all work through Qtell, with the same definitions and permissions applied to each.

Different teams can use different AI applications without each AI creating its own interpretation of the business data.

Qtell appears as a plugin inside the AI tools your team already uses.

Works with the systems you rely on

Keep the systems that run part of the organisation

Important business information may still sit in systems that have been running part of the organisation for years.

If Qtell does not already have an integration for a system you rely on, tell us what it is and we will build the integration needed for Qtell to work with it.

The system can stay in place while its data becomes available alongside information from the rest of the organisation.

Start with what you need now

Start with what is happening now. Add memory and deeper history when you need it.

Get governed answers across your connected systems from day one. When you need to understand change over time, analyse historical behaviour, attribute outcomes or forecast what happens next, choose a plan with retained history.

Start with the data you already have

You do not need a warehouse before Qtell becomes useful. Qtell can work directly with current data in connected systems. If you later need to compare longer periods, analyse history or build forecasts, Qtell can retain business memory or provide the historical data foundation required.

Managed for you

Onboarding is guided and automated. Qtell maintains the connections, definitions and permissions behind the platform as your systems and business change. You get connected, governed data without inheriting another technical environment to run.

Trust & Security

Security is built into the platform

Access control, isolation, audit and data protection are part of how Qtell handles business data across the platform.

Questions before you start

FAQs

Can Qtell work across multiple entities?

Yes.

Qtell can work across multiple entities, brands, locations or business units while keeping access controlled between them.

Authorised users can work across the wider organisation when an answer requires information from more than one entity.

Can we create a group-level view?

Yes.

Qtell can bring together information from the relevant entities to create a group-level view while keeping the underlying entity-level information separate.

A user with group-level permission can work across the wider organisation, while another user can remain limited to a single entity.

Can we see consolidated figures across brands, locations and entities?

Yes.

Where the relevant systems are connected and the user has permission to access the data, Qtell can bring together the information needed for a consolidated view across brands, locations, business units or entities.

The same agreed definitions are used across the roll-up so the figures are being measured in the same way.

Can each entity still work from its own view?

Yes.

The organisation-wide view does not replace the individual entity view.

Users can work at the level their permissions allow, whether that is one entity, several entities or the organisation as a whole.

What if entities define the same measure differently?

An agreed business definition can be maintained in Qtell and used when information from those systems is brought together.

For example, if different entities currently calculate a customer, qualified lead or revenue differently, Qtell can use the agreed definition for organisation-wide answers and reporting.

Can Qtell answer questions that need several systems or entities?

Yes.

If an answer depends on information held across several connected systems or entities, Qtell can use those sources together while applying the same definitions and permissions.

Cross-system questions are a core part of how Qtell works.

What if a system we rely on has no Qtell integration?

Yes.

Tell us which system you rely on and we will build the integration needed for Qtell to work with it.

The system does not need to be replaced because an existing Qtell integration is not already available.

Do we need a data warehouse?

No.

Qtell can work directly with current data from the systems you connect.

A historical data foundation is needed when you want to use existing business history for deeper analysis, audiences based on historical customer behaviour, attribution, forecasting or predictive modelling.

If you already have a suitable warehouse or data environment, Qtell can work with it. If you do not, Qtell can provide and manage one when required.

Can access be limited by entity or location?

Yes.

Permissions determine which business data each person can access.

A regional team can be limited to its own entity or location, while authorised leadership can be given access across several parts of the organisation.

The definitions behind the data remain consistent across both.

Can different teams use different AI applications?

Yes.

Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and AI built into business applications can all work through Qtell.

The same definitions and permissions are applied before business information is returned, so using several AI applications does not create several versions of the organisation’s business rules.
